(Basically, what your brand sound like and how it communicates.) I analyse your website, customer feedback, reviews, competitors and questionnaire to capture your differentiator in words and develop a distinct verbal identity.

Up to 8 pages of conversion-focused website copy

(And more pages if you need!) I translate your messaging strategy into a compelling narrative that takes the reader from “just looking” to “just booked”. I also weave the best SEO keywords into your copy without sounding like a robot—so you can be found through both traditional and AI search engines.

Easy-to-follow wireframes for each page

Your copy is wireframed in Google Docs, which allows you to see the visual layouts and experience the flow of your web pages before they’re designed.

Live copy review + 2 rounds of revisions

Towards the end of our project, we hop on a 60-minute call to go over your copy and make sure every word is on point. If something still needs tweaking, you can request up to 2 rounds of complimentary edits.

Up to 5 interviews with past guests (optional)

I conduct 1-on-1 interviews with your favourite guests to understand how they make decisions and pinpoint what they love most about your hotel.

Collaboration with your web dev team (optional)

I offer handover calls with your web designer and/or developer to guarantee a seamless integration of copy, design and UX. And if you don’t have a team, I’ll add your copy to your site, making sure it works with your existing design.

You fill out a custom questionnaire about your story, guests, current challenges, goals and more to help me get to know your brand. I want to know everything.

Week 1

Messaging strategy

We begin with a deep dive into your brand during a 60-minute strategy call. Then I go full detective mode to articulate your secret sauce and nail your messaging.

Week 2

Copywriting

This is when I’m in my zone drafting your story-rich, conversational copy. By the end of the week, your entire website will be written and wireframed in a Google Doc!

Week 3

Live copy review + revisions

You share your feedback, and we hop on a review-and-edit call to fine-tune your copy in real time. And once I make the final edits, your brand new copy is ready to roll!

Nope, I specialise in copywriting. My deliverable is a Google Doc containing wireframes with suggested layouts and ready-to-use copy. My wireframes act as basic blueprints for subsequent design but don’t include any brand elements like fonts, colours or images.

If your messaging shifts significantly, you may see an initial drop in conversion rates because your messaging no longer aligns with the audience that lands on your website. However, assuming you adjust your marketing strategy at other touchpoints, conversion rates are likely to improve.

Absolutely! As a former translator, I am well-versed in localizing (see what I did there?) content. Your copy will be adapted for your market, from spelling and punctuation to tone and vocabulary, so that it reflects your brand identity and speaks to your audience.
